We are obliged to inform you about the GDPR, i.e. about the administration of your personal data.

Since May 25, 2018, the GDPR has been in force throughout the European Union, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons and on the free movement of such data. The introduced directive is aimed primarily at the protection of personal data and the transparency of their processing. Fulfilling the information obligation arising from recital 60 and Art. 12 and 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation cited above, we kindly inform you that:

The administrator of your personal data is the “Polish Women Photographers” Association, e-mail contact: polishwomenphotographers@gmail.com, which processes it:

  1. a) to implement the statutory objectives of the “Polish Women Photographers” Association – for the period needed to them.
  2. b) your data will be stored for as long as necessary to fulfil all obligations arising from the purposes set out in point. a), including those specified in legal provisions and to pursue claims.
  3. c) then the data will be stored for archival purposes.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to carry out the statutory tasks of the Association. Even though it is voluntary, the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to perform the above-mentioned activities (participation in courses, training, workshops, etc.)

In addition, the “Polish Women Photographers” Association may process your Data, in good faith, for the following purposes:

  1. Providing information about the activities conducted by the “Polish Women Photographers” Association,
  2. Sending invitations to events with the participation of the “Polish Women Photographers” Association,
  3. Providing marketing information (direct marketing) developed by the “Polish Women Photographers” Association,
  4. Providing information in the form of periodic and systematized information, promotional and marketing collections containing various information (newsletters),

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the provisions of Art. 6 section 1 letter b and f OF THE REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and in the remaining scope – granted by your consent.

The “Polish Women Photographers” Association processes the following categories of your personal data:

– identity identifying data,

– contact details.

– data regarding contractors,

Your data was obtained from you directly or from your representative.

The “Polish Women Photographers” Association also obtains data from publicly available registers.

Your personal data may be made available to entitled and bodied authorities to process under law.
