GENERAL RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE POLISH WOMEN PHOTOGRAPHERS CLUB

 

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Membership in the PWP Club is dedicated to Polish photographers living in Poland and abroad.

2.  The PWP Club was created to integrate and activate the creative and social environment of Polish photographers living permanently in Poland and abroad.

3. The main task of the PWP Club is to constantly promote the photography of Polish Women Photographers in the country and around the world through broadly understood photographic education, inspiration for creative activity and the implementation of various types of events and publications with the participation of PWP Club participants.

4. The area of operation of the PWP Club is mainly Poland. To achieve the main goals of the PWP Club, it may also operate outside the country, in accordance with the applicable legal system.

 

THE PWP MANIFEST

1.1 Comprehensive development of the photographic work of PWP Club participants in all areas  of artistic expression in the medium of photography

 

1.2. Action to protect the freedom of creative expression of PWP Club Participants.

 

1.3. Activities for the development of artistic patronage of PWP Club Participants.

 

1.4. Popularization and support of activities aimed at developing creative photography and promoting artistic achievements in the field of photography of PWP Club Participants.

 

BASIC RIGHTS OF PWP CLUB PARTICIPANTS

1.1. Using the title of Member of the Polish Women Photographers Club (PWP)

1.2. Possibility to sign and use the PWP logo.

1.3. Possibility of having a personal PWP Club card enabling free or partially paid use of events organized by PWP.

1.4. Possibility to benefit from a 20% discount on selected paid events organized by PWP (trainings, workshops, competition entries, etc.)

1.5. The right of priority to apply to participate in selected photography events organized by PWP (such as offline exhibitions, online exhibitions, photography congresses, seminars, discussion panels, etc.)

1.6. Priority use in promoting your own photographic activity on the national and international theatre.

1.7. Priority to exercise the right to commercial promotion (regulated in separate agreements regarding the promotion of managerial or commercial activities, e.g. commercial photographic orders, workshops, mentoring).

1.8. Possibility of free advertising on social media or PWP patronage regarding original activities in the field of photography.

1.9. Added to the database of Polish photographers on the PWP website.

 

OBLIGATIONS OF A PWP CLUB PARTICIPANT

1.1 Participation in achieving the goals of Polish Women Photographers.

1.2. Compliance with the provisions of the PWP Club.

1.3. Compliance with the principles of professional ethics, legal standards and personal culture.

1.4. Regular payment of membership fees according to PWP arrangements

1.5. Conscientiously fulfilling the obligations arising from participation in the PWP CLUB and worthily representing the principles of Polish Women Photographers in the country and abroad.

1.6. Mutual support and inspiration in photography.

1.7. Active activity and involvement in PWP activities.

 

PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION

 

1.1. Admission to the Club is paid on the basis of annual dues in the amount of: PLN 250 /  paid once or max. in two installments of PLN 115 each.

 with a mandatory transfer note: “donation for PWP’s statutory purposes

 

1.3. Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of acceptance of the application to participate in the PWP Club, sent in a separate e-mail to the following address: polishwomenphotographers@gmail.com

1.4. The first membership period in the Club is 12 months and is counted from the month of registration and payment and may be extended.

1.5. Club members are obliged to strictly comply with all provisions of these Regulations and applicable law.

1.6. Registration in the Club is also possible for minors who are over 16 years of age, provided that their parents or legal guardians consent to their membership.

1.7. A member of the PWP Club may resign from her membership at any time by sending an e-mail with information about her intention to resign to the following address: polishwomenphotographers@gmail.com

1.8. Membership in the Club ceases in the event of:

a. the Club Member submits a written notice of resignation from membership

b. failure to pay the due fee by the Club Member within the agreed deadline.

·         OUR PURPOSE IS ACTUAL ACTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND MAINTAINING PARITIES IN ITS AREA.
